Leno Selvedge

 

 

  • We have special shuttle-less Rapier Looms (Dornier make) in our factory, on which we produce special fabric with Leno Selvedges.

  • Fabric has uniform weave which gives better presentability to the fabric and also results in minimum fabric faults.

  • Is formed by one or more pairs of strong ends that interface with the weft on the leno principle.

  • Warp threads are crossed and interwoven into the edges of the fabric.

  • Such fabric also finds uses in the decorative, upholstery and other industries.

 

Tuck-In Selvedge

 

 

  • Shuttle-less Rapier Looms (Dornier make) also produce special fabric with Tuck-In Selvedges.

  • Fabric has uniform weave which gives better presentability to the fabric and also results in minimum fabric faults.

  • It is formed by tucking-in protruding portions of each pick into the next warp shed, alongside the new pick.

 

Patent Selvedge

 

 

  • In this fabric two or more widths are woven in the loom separated by inside or center selvedges.

  • We have infrastructure and manufacture jute fabric in Rolls.

  • Rolls can be of various lengths, from 50 metres per roll to over 2000 metres per rolls.

  • Are made on strong cardboard cores of defined diameters.

Narrow widths

 

 

  • We produce narrow Jute fabrics which are also called jute tapes.

  • These are produced in rolls and they find use for tree wrapping, decorative and various others.

 

Frost Hessian

 

 

  • We produce Hessian Coreless Rolls.

  • Used in the construction industry to cover concrete and brickwork and to provide protection against damage from frost.

  • These need to be 46 metres in lengths.

  • Widths can be 36”, 54”, 72” or any other as may be required.

  • We also provide special shrink-wrapped packing for such rolls.

 

Dyed Fabric

  • We have in-house facilities in our factories where we Dye the Jute Fabric in a variety of colours.

  • Can work on samples or swatches and we also follow internationally accepted colour codes like Pantone etc.

  • Final product can be delivered in bales or rolls as may be required.

  • Width, weight and weave of the fabric can be customized to suit the requirement.
