- In the year 1999, a sister organization of Auto Profiles namely, M/s Oracle Auto Pvt. Ltd. was set up on a separate 6.5 acre plot in Adityapur for manufacture of Sheet Metal Skin Panels and Assemblies with an initial investment of Rs.3.00 crores.
- In the year 2008, M/s Oracle Auto (P) Ltd. was merged with its parent unit, M/s Auto Profiles Limited and is now known as “Auto Profiles Limited (Unit-III)”.
- The year 2008 also marked the addition of new technologies in Unit III.

b)CNC Spin Forming for engine pulleys- Set up of Auto profiles Unit 4 (Lucknow) in the year 2009 with an initial investment of 5 cr.
- Capacity expansion in press shop of Unit III in the year 2010-11 & 2011-12 with an investment of 24 cr.
- Set up of new product line for manufacturing chassis long member.
