Ashoka has a team dedicated department of design and development having a team of 15 members including qualified designers, screen makers, printers and samplers. Apart from developing new designs and products, Ashoka is well placed to deliver customized designs and products at short notice owing to in-house end to end facilities.
Ashoka has strong, state of the art, production facilities covering an area of 6000 sq. metres. The production facilities are equipped with latest automatic and semi-automatic machines for cutting, printing, sewing and finishing.
Ashoka has in-house pre-press facilities for developing and making high qualities screens with latest pneumatic stretching, exposing, drying and finishing machines.
Ashoka is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company having a dedicated team for quality control which is trained and follows internationally accepted system of AQL to control quality. Ashoka has in-house latest testing equipment. The quality control at Ashoka begins with receiving of raw materials which are checked for quality at every stage of production till the packaged products. The entire process is documented to eliminate quality issues.
Ashoka is C-TPAT and GSV compliant Company with its facilities conforming to requirements of security to guard against any threat of violence, terrorism and trafficking. The facilities have round the clock security with CCTV coverage and secured storage.
