ANKUR FOOTWEARS (P) LTD., established in 1987, Ankur’s commercial production started in September 1989, with less than 20 people in employment and were producing approximately 100-150 pairs uppers a day.
Ankur is professionally managed company with good track records, serving the industry for last 32 years. It has enviable list of customers spread over UK, Germany, USA and Ireland.
Today it employs 180 people and manufactures and exports about 6000 pairs of shoes on an average every month. The factory is situated at the outskirts of Chennai, easily accessible by Road, and within 20 km from international airport.

Ankur is a Life member of Shoe Designer’s Club of CLRI Chennai, which has a very elaborate CAD facility and modern Design Studio. This has helped the company to offer new products to the customers.
