A JV Company in the name of Furmanite Nicco Limited (FNL) was formed between Furmanite International Limited and Nicco Corporation Limited in the year 1981. FNL introduced On-line Leak Sealing Services followed by On-line Safety Valve Testing Services first time in India. As more service were added, FNL was folded into the Engineering Services Division of Nicco Corporation Limited.
The division continued to grow with the introduction of additional Speciality Maintenance Services always using the best available global technologies and was independently incorporated as Nicco Engineering Services Limited in 2006.
