Our Team

The tax consultancy team is headed by CA Sushil Kumar Goyal. He is practicing in the field of service tax since 1997 and deals in matters starting form examination of taxability of services to representation before the adjudicating authorities, the Commissioner (Appeals) and the CESTAT.

He has an extensive experience of 16 years in the field of service tax. During this tenure, he has served more than 1,000 clients dealing in almost every section of services. His exceptionally authentic and unchallenged understanding on the subject has always been the key note to his success and played as a reliable guidance and path to the clients catered by him.

He also is a well know trainer amongst the corporates, professionals and even the bureaucrats.

Being an eminent speaker of the subjects Service Tax and GST, he has addressed more than two hundred seminars, conferences, symposiums, forums and programmes held Pan India by various professional and non-professional bodies.

He has served as regional council member to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India of the Eastern Region for the period 2010-13. During his tenure as regional council member he served as Chairman (2011-12), Vice Chairman (2010-11) and Treasurer (2009-10) of Eastern India Regional Council of ICAI.

He is also serving as the Co-chairman of the Indirect Tax Committee of MCC Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Member of the Indirect Tax Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce. In ICAI, he has been Co-opted as member of Indirect Tax Committee for the year 2013-14. Apart from this, he has also served as a Chairman/Vice-Chairman/Member of various other committees of EIRC-ICAI during the period of last 10 years.

He has authored book on service tax titled "Service Tax Guide" (so far 8 Editions have been published), which was also reviewed by ICAI in the year 2010 as "A Useful Book and Very Good Source of Reference on Service Tax", the first book on Service Tax from Eastern India. His other book is titled as "Service Tax on Goods Transport Agency" (so far 3 Editions have been published).

He is a regular contributor of articles in various reputed journals, souvenirs, newsletters etc. including CA Journal, a house journal of ICAI published from New Delhi. He is the Editor of monthly service tax bulletin "Tax Talk".
